Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered a Trio Purple Martin House and a Pole Mounting Kit. The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was straightforward. Shipping took 4 days to get to my place in Ohio, which was faster than I expected for a larger item. Everything arrived well-packaged, no damage. The house itself felt sturdy, not flimsy. Putting it together wasn't too bad; the instructions were clear enough. I had a question about the pole assembly afterward, so I called customer service. Got a real person right away who was helpful and knew the product. Overall, a solid experience, I'd shop here again for sure. The hardware feels like it will last a while.

Reliable for bird feeders

Another good order from Nature House. I grabbed a Suet Cage and a Hummingbird Feeder Hook. I've bought from them a few times before, mostly for my bird feeding setup. Their stuff is always consistently good quality; the hooks are strong and the suet cage is well-built. Shipping was about what I expected, arrived in 5 days. It's nice to know what you're getting. No issues, just what I needed to expand my feeders.

Decent pole, slow shipping

I bought a Multi-Feeder Pole and a couple of S-Hooks. The pole is robust, good heavy steel, seems like it will hold up to the weather. Setup was pretty simple once I got it in the ground. My main gripe was shipping; it took 8 days to arrive, which felt a bit long for something that wasn't a huge order. The packaging was fine, nothing was damaged. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the delay. Value-wise, it's fair for the quality, just wish they were a bit quicker getting orders out the door.
